In his 9 transformative years at AirAsia, culminating as Regional Head of Partnerships & Licensing, Matthew led significant initiatives, including the launch of Malaysia's first in-flight Wi-Fi, recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records in 2018. This digital transformation laid the groundwork for enhanced data-driven marketing strategies that increased ancillary revenues. As Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at LifeCare Diagnostic and later as Head of Marketing at Speedoc, Matthew spearheaded projects that included securing funding from MDEC Smart Automation Grant for a conversational AI chatbot, which reduced customer service workloads by 13%, and propelling Speedoc’s app to the #1 position in Malaysia’s Google Play Medical category, demonstrating his capacity for innovative, cost-effective marketing.
